Horans Health Stores is an Irish owned company since 1988 with the opening of its first store in Tralee, County Kerry and has continued to grow and expand throughout its 24 years of successful business. There are 10 Health Stores spread out over the Munster area with its Head office in Tralee, County Kerry.

We are dedicated to helping our customer’s, so staff in our stores are training on a continual basis to provide customers with personal attention and advice from experience and helpful friendly staff.

We stock a diverse range of nutritional products from herbs, vitamins, homeopathic remedies, sports nutrition, beauty and skin care.

Because of our large number of stores and warehouse we can make over 11,000 products available to you. As we are expanding our online store at all times if you don’t see a product you are interested in please contact us as it may be something we carry in one of our stores.

Our online health store has the latest security built-in to encrypt your payment details. No member of www.horanshealthstore.com will ever see your card details, as payment is taken through our payments partner – Realex.

Please email us at info@horanshealthstore.com with the product you are looking for, and we will try to help as much as possible, either by finding the product for you or by getting it listed on this website.

Dispatch will usually occur within 1 working day of the order being placed. Delivery will take another further 1-2 working days after that (for delivery to ROI).

Where possible, we will recycle packaging from our in-store deliveries (e.g. bubble-wrap, boxes etc.). It is our intention to re-use as much of this packaging as possible to keep the postage and packaging costs to a minimum and to remain as environmentally friendly as possible - a constant goal for Horan’s Health Stores Group as a whole.

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase from horanshealthstore.com. Please contact us with your concern via an e-mail to info@horanshealthstore.com or via a phone call on (068) 24356. We will issue a full refund for products returned unopened, unused and undamaged.

If your package does not arrive after a reasonable time frame after despatch, just get in touch via the Contact Us section of our website, explaining your situation and including your order number, and we will arrange delivery of a replacement product.

In the unlikely event that we are "out of stock" of a certain product you have ordered, we will let you know if this happens and will place the item on back order for you. If you wish to cancel before the order is dispatched, we will issue a full refund.

As normal with the postal service, packages will be available for pick up at the post office; a note will be left by the delivery person to that effect. Alternatively, you could provide us with an address where you are during the day – e.g. a work address. This can be done when you are ordering your products, as the billing address and shipping address can be different if you wish.
Your product may also be delivered by courier - in this case they will call you if you are not there. They will attempt to deliver the next day if they can't get hold of you.

Please be aware that it may take up to 5 working days for a refund to show up on a credit card statement. This is due to the varying transaction times taken by different banks.
