Dispatch will usually occur within 1 working day of
the order being placed. Delivery will take another further 1-2 working days after
that (for delivery to ROI).
Where possible, we will recycle packaging from our
in-store deliveries (e.g. bubble-wrap, boxes etc.). It is our intention to
re-use as much of this packaging as possible to keep the postage and
packaging costs to a minimum and to remain as environmentally friendly as
possible - a constant goal for Horan’s Health Stores Group as a whole.

products returned unopened, unused and undamaged.
If your package does not arrive after a reasonable
time frame after despatch, just get in touch via the Contact Us section of our
website, explaining your situation and including your order number, and we will
arrange delivery of a replacement product.
In the unlikely event that we are "out of
stock" of a certain product you have ordered, we will let you know if this
happens and will place the item on back order for you. If you wish to cancel
before the order is dispatched, we will issue a full refund.
As normal with the postal service, packages will be
available for pick up at the post office; a note will be left by the delivery
person to that effect. Alternatively, you could provide us with an address
where you are during the day – e.g. a work address. This can be done when you
are ordering your products, as the billing address and shipping address can be
different if you wish.
Your product may also be delivered by courier - in this case they will call you
if you are not there. They will attempt to deliver the next day if they can't
get hold of you.
Please be aware that it may take up to 5 working
days for a refund to show up on a credit card statement. This is due to the
varying transaction times taken by different banks.
